IMPORTANT NOTE :
- The applicant shall make 1st payment in the amount of USD 580/team name on the date of this application.(this amount is equivalent to the application fee of each qualified pigeon passing the 100 kilometers qualifying toss)
- The team name specified in this application form cannot be changed for any reason and will be used for the period of the pigeon race competition program.
- This application form must be completely fill out and duly signed by the applicant.
- The application period is from 1 March 2026 to 30 June 2026 and the pigeon must arrive at Pattaya International Pigeon Race (PIPR) loft by 30 June 2026
- During the pigeon race competition program, the organizer shall not be responsible for any and all losses or damages of pigeons whether resulting from sickness, injury, death, or lost of such pigeons.
- Upon completion of the 100 kilometers qualifying toss, for all those pigeons returned to the PIPR loft within 3 days are considered as qualified. The applicant of the qualified pigeons shall make payment of all qualified pigeons (minus the entry fee of the 1st pigeon) within the specified payment period. Failing to make the aformentioned payment, the competition organizer shall have right to decline those qualified pigeons from all races and such pigeo n will be excluded from pigeon race competition program immediately.
- Winners of Hotspot 280 km , Hotspot 330 km and Hotspot 430 km, the Top rank 1-3 applicant agrees to authorize the organizer sell those pigeons by auction.
- Winners of Pattaya Semi-Final 540 km the Top rank 1-5 applicant agrees to authorize the organizer sell those pigeons by auction.
- All pigeons in the Top 500 rankings from the Pattaya Final Race 600 km. applicant agrees to authorize the organizer sell those pigeons by auction.
- SHORT & MIDDLE ACE Pigeons the Top ranking 1st-3rd and SUPER ACE Pigeons the Top ranking 1-20 applicant agrees to authorize the organizer sell those pigeons by auction.
- The applicant agrees and permits the organizer to manage the pigeons from Pattaya Final Race 600 km, ranks 501 onwards by one of the following methods.
- Pigeons who do not meet auctions criteria category will be included in the X’tra Race 630 km.
- In the event of pigeon that prepared for the X’tra Race 630 km for some unforeseen circumstances the pigeon get sick or injured, not ready to go in the race. The discretion shall be made by the organizer as the final decision. The partial fee of US$30 will not be refunded with no exception.
- All pigeons in the Top 1- 200 rankings from X’tra Race 630 km applicant agrees to authorize the organizer sell those pigeons by auction.
- The applicant agrees and permits the organizer to manage the pigeons from X’tra Race 630 km ranks 201 onwards by one of the following methods.
- In case of pigeons from other countries Foreign pigeons ranked 200th onwards in the X’tra Race 630 km, the applicant agrees to authorize the competition organizer sell those pigeons by auction
- The remaining pigeons from the auction. Breeder can buy them back by contacting the staff and pay the processing fee of 10% of the start bid price on the website and pay the share 40% after deduction of processing fee to the organizer.
- All pigeons in the auction. The organizer will deduct a processing fee of 10% of the selling price. applicant of such pigeons agrees to receive the pigeon selling price at the rate of 60% after deduction.
- Any pigeons sold on auction website, but organizer did not received payment in a specified time frame. The organizer has the right to republish such pigeons on the auction website again and adhere in the latest auction price as starting
- For all remaining pigeons from the auction where the pigeon’s owner not interested in buying them back. The organizer will take ownership of these pigeons and the organizer will have the right to take any actions as deemed appropriate.
